Dr. Victor Mudenda, Ph.D., MBA
Dr. Victor Mudenda, Ph.D. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) – General Business and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry. Victor has 9 years plus of experience in non-profit organizations and for-profit organizations in areas of Research and Development both in healthcare field and finance field, healthcare management and finance management. Victor is a Founder & Executive Director of Lily Flower of the Valley Organization.
Nabil Mahmoud, MBA, BSc. Eng.
Nabil Mahmoud, BSc Eng, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Finance, BSc in Mechanical Engineering. Nabil is currently pursuing a Master of Science in International Business. Nabil has 3 years plus experience in non-profit organization and for-profit organizations areas of finance, engineering services and management. Nabil is a Co-Founder, Operations Director & Vice President of Lily Flower of the Valley Organization.
Felicia Gatewood, MS, BS. in Psychology
Felicia Gatewood is a trilingual mental health therapist with over a decade of experience working in Non-profits, providing healing, and education, and being a community activist. She graduated Summa cum lade with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. While in graduate school Felicia taught Freshman students in College. Currently, Felicia is an associate licensed professional clinical counselor who provides community therapy for underserved communities. She has worked with multilingual populations providing case management, group, individual, and family therapy. Felicia has also worked with populations in situations of homelessness, unaccompanied minors, foster care system, substance use, and survivors of sexual exploitation and trauma. In addition, Felicia was part of a research team at Georgia State University; in her role, she provided suicide intervention and connected individuals with county resources. In recognition of her commitment to working with underserved communities, she won an award from the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). Felicia’s interests are the intersection of spirituality healing and mindfulness practices. Felicia also has a passion for eradicating mental stigma, she believes that everyone should receive services regardless of their ability to pay.
