Licensed Mental Health Clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist) - Full-Time/Part-time Employment (W2)NOW HIRING – Immediate Start (May 1, 2026). Limited positions available (2–5 clinicians)

Position Type: Part-Time/Full-Time Employment (W2)– Immediate Start
Start Date: May 1, 2026.Immediate caseload available. Clinicians will begin seeing clients within the first week of onboarding. 
Location
Bay Area, CA (Oakland & surrounding counties)
Compensation:

1. $35–$45/hour (W2, based on experience and licensure)
2. Paid biweekly 
3. Flexible part-time schedule (10–25 hours/week)
4. Annual package ranges from $60K - $85K and full benefits included. The Annual package will be discussed during interview.

Additional:

1. Opportunity to increase hours based on caseload growth
2. Performance-based increases available after initial onboarding period

Lily Flower of the Valley, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization is partnering with a leading care coordination provider to deliver high-quality mental health services to clients in the community. Clinicians will work within a coordinated care model supporting Medi-Cal and community-based populations.
We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide therapy, assessments, and coordinated care ser-
vices under a structured clinical program.
 
Key Responsibilities 

1. Conduct mental health assessments for referred clients
2. Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling
3. Deliver appropriate evidence-based interventions
4. Complete clinical documentation (progress notes, records)
5. Participate in care coordination with case managers and clinical teams
6. Attend case conferences and care plan reviews (as needed)
7. Provide staff training or educational sessions (optional/assigned)

Ideal Candidate:We are seeking clinicians who:

1. Are ready to begin immediately (May 1 start preferred)
2. Want a stable part-time role with consistent referrals
3. Are passionate about serving Medi-Cal and community-based populations
4. Value teamwork and coordinated care delivery
